Objective: Biobank of blood samples (whole blood, plasma, serum, live PBMC) and cheek swabs collected from participants enrolled in the CARMA cohort. The cohort was funded by two consecutive team grants (to H Cote as nPI): Emerging team grant in HIV therapy and markers of aging (2007-2012) and team grant in Cellular Aging and HIV comorbidities in women and children (2013-2018). Both grants studied markers of cellular aging in persons living with HIV, exposed but uninfected (children born to HIV moms), and controls.
