Objective: cfDNA in Hereditary And High-Risk Malignancies (CHARM) is a research initiative that collects longitudinal plasma samples, tumour tissue, genomic/epigenomic data, and clinical data on individuals with a hereditary cancer syndrome, regardless of personal cancer history. Our goal is to improve early cancer detection by developing a blood test to predict cancer development in carriers using circulating DNA.
