Objective: A biobank of biospecimens and linked clinical data from patients with bladder cancer, including tumor tissue, urine, blood, and stool collected longitudinally in relation to cancer treatment and follow-up. The resource supports investigation of bladder tumor biology, mucosal immunity, the urinary and gut microbiomes, metabolomics, and determinants of treatment response and outcomes, with a particular focus on interactions along the gut–bladder axis.
