Objective: The objective of this brain tumor cell resource is to develop a repository of brain tumor cells derived from brain tumor patient tissues obtain during surgery. The brain tumor cell resource is intended to support research into brain tumors. While the main focus is on adult glioblastoma, we also collect and isolate tumor cells from other brain tumors, with astrocytomas, meningiomas and oligodendrogliomas forming the bulk of other brain tumors collected.
