Objective: The purpose of the bank is to collect high quality tissue and fluid samples from patients with brain tumours and pediatric tumours. Our collection includes paraffin embedded tissue, fresh frozen tissue, blood fractions (buffy coat, serum, plasma, red cells), urine, bone marrow and cerebral spinal fluid as appropriate. Cell lines are established and cryopreserved from selected tumours.
