Objective: The research which will be conducted with the banked samples will aim to identify biomarkers, from blood, urine and tissues (renal or blood cells) in kidney donors and transplanted recipients, that could predict the risk of acute or chronic rejection of each person with more precision. The results of the research could help us better understand how to predict and treat acute and chronic renal transplant rejection.
