Objective: Singapore Cord Blood Bank (SCBB), is a public bank collect, process and store cord blood for clinical application. However, the donor provides consent to release donated cord blood for research if the donated cord blood do not meet the clinical banking criteria. SCBB has been registered as a Research Tissue Bank under Human Biomedical Research Act of Singapore. SCBB provides cord blood products (fresh and frozen) for approved research.
